For Teams

Your team has
the right people.
Something is still missing.

High Impact Teaming is a structured intervention for senior leadership teams that look right on paper and still cannot move together at the speed or quality the organisation needs.

The Problem We Solve

Most team dysfunction is not
a people problem.

It is a system problem. The roles, rituals, assumptions and relational patterns that have accumulated around how this group works together. The individuals would perform differently in a different system. And the system can be changed.

We see this pattern consistently: a team that has been restructured, grown quickly, inherited a new leader, or had its mandate materially shift. The individuals are capable. The team as a whole is not operating anywhere near what those individuals should be able to produce together. That gap is what High Impact Teaming closes.

These are the presentations we see most often:

Decisions made in the room get relitigated in the corridor. Alignment lasts the length of the meeting and no longer.

Siloed execution where each function protects its lane. Cross-functional initiatives stall at every handoff.

A new leader inherited a team built for a different era. The team is loyal to a mandate that has already changed.

Polite disagreement that never surfaces the real tensions. Issues that circulate informally but are never resolved in the room.

Post-merger integration where two cultures technically share a structure but are not yet one team.

The Programme

High Impact
Teaming

High Impact Teaming is our signature team intervention, developed and refined across 10 years of work with senior leadership teams at MNCs across APAC, the Middle East and Europe.

It is not a team away-day. It is a structured diagnostic and intervention programme that runs across three phases, addresses the root architecture of how the team functions, and includes individual coaching for each team member alongside the collective work.

The result is a team that has changed the system it operates in - not just had a productive conversation about it.

What this looks like
  • Team diagnostic across three dimensions: purpose, process, and relational dynamics
  • Individual interviews with all team members before any collective session
  • Facilitated team sessions (half-day and full-day, in-person where possible)
  • Individual coaching between sessions for all team members
  • Progress measurement against the opening diagnostic baseline
  • Leader coaching and shadow-observation in team meetings
  • 3 to 6 month engagement, depending on team size and complexity

How It Works

Three phases.
One coherent system.

Each phase builds on the last. The diagnostic informs the intervention. The intervention is measured and refined. No phase is optional - the outcome depends on all three.

01
Discovery
Weeks 1 - 3

We build the full picture before we do anything. Individual interviews with every team member. Leadership observation. Assessment of team structure, purpose alignment, and relational dynamics.

  • 1:1 diagnostic interviews (all team members)
  • Team observation (two live meetings)
  • Discovery report and debrief with team leader
02
Intervention
Weeks 4 - 12

The core work. Facilitated team sessions to address what the diagnostic surfaced, individual coaching between sessions, and structured opportunities to practice the new ways of working in real conditions.

  • 2 full-day team sessions (in-person preferred)
  • 2 half-day Integration Labs
  • Individual coaching for all team members (4 sessions each)
  • Leader coaching (bi-weekly throughout)
03
Integration
Weeks 13 - 24

The phase most team programmes skip. We stay in contact through the integration period, measuring whether the changes have held under real operating pressure, and adjusting where needed.

  • Monthly team Integration Labs
  • End-of-engagement team diagnostic (vs. opening baseline)
  • Six-month impact review with team leader

What the work
actually produces.

10+

Years of senior leadership team work across APAC, the Middle East, and Europe

6+

Industries - Financial services, pharma, infrastructure, government, consumer, professional services

MCC+

Emma Noguchi Devianne holds the Master Certified Coach credential - the highest level awarded by the ICF

Every High Impact Teaming engagement is led by Anna Tan and Emma Noguchi Devianne together. You do not get one coach and a junior partner. You get both founders - because team work at this level of complexity requires both PCC and MCC credentialling in the room.

Who This Is For

The right fit
matters here.

High Impact Teaming is not for every team situation. We take it selectively because the work only succeeds when the conditions are right. We will tell you in the introductory call whether this is the right intervention for what you are describing.

The team leader's engagement is non-negotiable. The intervention works on the system of which the leader is a part. If the leader is not willing to be part of the diagnostic and the collective sessions, we are not the right partner for this particular situation.

A good fit

Senior leadership teams (5-12 people) at MNCs where the team leader is willing to be part of the work, not just commission it.

A good fit

Teams navigating a material shift in mandate, composition, or leadership - where the old way of operating no longer fits the new context.

A good fit

Organisations willing to make the time available - in-person sessions, individual coaching hours, and leader availability throughout.

Not a fit

A one-off team away-day. If the brief is a single facilitated session with no follow-through, we are not the right provider.

Not a fit

Situations where the team leader is the root cause but is unwilling to examine their own contribution to the dynamic.

The Investment

Scoped to the
team and context.

High Impact Teaming is a significant investment. The scope - number of team members, programme length, travel requirements - determines the fee. We discuss this directly, in the first conversation.

Every engagement begins with a Discovery phase. The Discovery fee is fixed regardless of what happens next. If you proceed to the full intervention, it is credited in full against the programme fee. If, after Discovery, we collectively determine this is not the right intervention, you take the diagnostic report and findings with you.

High Impact Teaming engagements typically start from S$45,000 for a team of 6-8 leaders across a 6-month programme. To discuss scope and investment for your situation, contact us directly. You speak with Anna or Emma, not a sales team.

diagnostic conversation.
